The app and the marketing site serve different jobs. Root now opens the workspace, while /home carries the public story, guides, and blog.

Why split the surfaces
A live app workspace and a marketing homepage should not solve the same problem. One is for active users, the other is for discovery and trust.
Separating them makes the product entry cleaner without removing the public story.
What /home is for now
The /home route now carries the crawlable product story, Microsoft Store trust, setup links, and Hydrogen framing for new visitors.
What changes next
This split also makes it easier to test blog content, guides, and homepage framing independently while keeping the app itself focused on usage.
